Our local raw honey is 100% unprocessed leaving all the nutrients completely intact. We literally pick this honey up ourselves from a mom and pop farm that we found not far from our headquarters. How To Use Raw Honey For Bodybuilding and Athletic Purposes
For general muscle building and recovery, use 2-3 tables spoons in a recovery protein drink.
1/3 cup of Muscle Shake
2-3 tbs of raw honey
1/4 cup of Oatmuscle
For weight gaining
1/3 cup of Growth Pro Peptides
3 tbs of raw honey
2 tbs of flax oil

Add various fruits and vegetable

Benefits of Raw Honey
Raw honey is a bodybuilder’s best friend. I consider it a superfood, just like whole eggs. Local raw honey contains a boatload of nutrients like vitamins and minerals, antioxidants, and enzymes. Just like whole eggs, raw honey is a complete meal, minus the protein.
If one is looking to increase muscle mass, one must lift weights and/or increase protein intake. Those are the two best ways, naturally to increase muscle mass. However, if one consumes ONLY protein, the body will simply just use those amino acids from the protein for energy and the chances of those amino acids triggering an anabolic response for any period of time are slim to none. Therefore one must “tell” their body that they are feeding it adequate energy for survival. That energy is in the form of carbohydrates. Raw local honey is one of the best sources of carbs along with vegetables, and grains. Raw local honey contains different sugars like mono, di, and trisaccharides (glucose, fructose, and sucrose). I found this study that compared different sources of carbohydrates on testosterone levels, cortisol levels, and insulin levels. The researchers concluded that honey performs equally well as processed carbs. On a side note this study used honey powder, which without question did not contain the level of nutrients that raw honey does. Therefore I theorize that raw honey should have performed better.
